Tampon Candle

SUPPLIES
Tampon
Small bowl
Vegetable Oil
Lighter
Skewer (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the bowl ž of the way with vegetable oil.
Wrap the string around the tampon.
Place the tampon in the oil, leaving a small piece of the string sticking up as the candle wick.
Use a skewer or long-reach lighter to light the wick.
Enjoy! Never leave lit candle unattended.

Tampon Water Filter

SUPPLIES
Tampon
Plastic water bottle, cut in half
Box cutter or knife
Unfiltered water

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut an X or small hole in the plastic bottle cap.
Thread the tampon string through the bottle cap, so that the string is sticking out of the top of the bottle cap.
Screw bottle cap back onto the top half of the water bottle.
Place the top half of the water bottle, with the tampon in it, upside down over the bottom half of the water bottle.
Pour unfiltered water into the top half of the water filter. The tampon will expand in the water, blocking any debris or dirt and allowing only water to filter through to the bottom.
Boil filtered water before drinking.




Tampon Spider Repellent

Peppermint Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Add 6-7 drops of peppermint oil to tampon.
Tape or place tampon in an area that spiders frequent. The strong odor of the peppermint oil will repel spiders and other insects.
Replace with new peppermint tampon every few days or once a week.
