Beard Trimming Cleanup

MATERIALS
Lint roller

STEPS
Use adhesive surface of lint roller to quickly and easily clean up beard trimmings.


DIY Drain-O

MATERIALS
Salt
Baking soda
Vinegar
Mixing bowl
Mason jar

STEPS
Mix 1 part salt with 1 part baking soda in a bowl.
Pour salt-baking soda mixture down clogged drain.
Pour warm vinegar down drain.
Pour boiling water down drain to release clog.
Rinse sink.


Beard Apron

MATERIALS
Cooking apron
Scizzors
Non-fray glue
Suction cups x 2
Super glue
Acrylic paint (optional)

STEPS
Cut off both waist straps of apron.
Use non-fray glue to secure fabric where straps removed.
In the bottom corners of the apron, measure and mark a + sign to denote where to cut.
Cut the + with scissors, just enough to fit backing of suction cup through the opening.
Apply super glue around the button on the back of the suction cup.
Feed button through the hole you have cut, making sure glue adheres well to fabric.
Place neck of apron over your head, push suction cups against mirror and catch all your falling trimmings.
Optional: Paint your own design on the apron using acrylic paint.


Messy Mustache Guard

MATERIALS
Plastic card of any sort (credit card, driver’s license, etc.)

STEPS
Place plastic card across the opening lip of your glass or mug.
Leaves gap to allow flow of liquid, but prevents your mustache from dipping into your beverage.


DIY Beard Oil

MATERIALS
2 carrier oils
Jojoba oil (hydrating)
Almond oil (smooths and rejuvenates skin)
2 essential oils
Tea tree oil (antimicrobial)
Rosemary oil (hair growth)
Measuring spoon or glass
Glass dram vial
Funnel
Eye dropper

STEPS
Mix ½ ounce jojoba oil with ½ ounce almond oil.
Add 12 drops of tea tree essential oil.
Add 12 drops of rosemary essential oil.
Close dram and shake well for a few seconds.
Using eye dropper, apply 2-4 drops to your hands based on facial hair length.
Using hands, massage oil into hair and facial skin.
Apply 1-2 times daily.
