INSTRUCTIONS
1. Keep a glass of water by your bed to drink immediately after you wake up in the morning.
2. Keep an apple by your bed to eat right after you wake up.
3. If you use a phone alarm, keep your phone in a small bowl or cup to amplify the alarm.
4. Keep your alarm across the room so that you are forced to move and get out of bed to turn it off in the morning.
5. Set your clothes out the night before.
6. Instead of lounging around after you wake up, move through your morning routine at a fast pace to help you stay awake and energized.
7. Have a friend keep you accountable.
