Here is what you'll need!

DIY Spa Day

Cucumber Eye Pads

MATERIALS
1 cucumber
1 cup chilled green tea
Blender
Cotton rounds
Resealable container
Cheesecloth

INSTRUCTIONS
Make a cup of green tea and allow it to chill. Strain the tea if necessary.
Cut slices of cucumber and combine it with the chilled tea, blend into a liquid.
Strain the cucumber and tea liquid using a cheesecloth.
Cut your cotton rounds in half and stack them in a resealable container. Pour the liquid over the the cotton rounds and close the container. Refrigerate.
Place each half of the cotton round on your under eye.

DIY Foot Soak

MATERIALS
1 cup baking soda
½ cup sea salt
½ cup epsom salt
½ cup dried lavender buds
Lavender essential oil
Soap dye (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together the baking soda, sea salt, and epsom salt.
Add in a few drops of essential oil until your desired scent is achieved. Add in soap dye if you’d like.
Mix in ½ cup of dried lavender buds.
Enjoy by adding to warm water.

Rose Water Spray

MATERIALS
6 cups distilled water
4-7 roses
Resealable container
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove any thorns from your roses before you begin the project.
De-petal your roses, and transfer the the petals into 6 cups of distilled boiling water.
Boil the petals until they become a pale pink color. Strain.
Pour the rose water into the container of your choice, we went with a spray bottle. Let the water cool before applying it to your face.


Green Tea Yogurt Mask

MATERIALS
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon green tea leaves
1 tablespoon honey
Resealable container

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the green tea leaves in a little bit of water so that they’re moist but not dripping wet.
Combine all the ingredients together and place into a resealable container.
Refrigerate the mask until you use it.

Fruit-Infused Water

MATERIALS
Lemons
Raspberries
Mint leaves
Water
Carafe/Pitcher

INSTRUCTIONS
Slice your lemon or lemons on place into your serving container.
Add raspberries and a few mint leaves. The amount of each ingredient added depends on the intensity of the flavor you want in your water.
Refrigerate prior to serving.
