You can apply some brown shimmery eyeshadow on your eyes and then use a fine liquid eyeliner to draw small imperfect circles that resemble a leopard pattern.
There are a few ways to achieve the perfect eyeliner. One is to draw three dots on your upper eyelid and connect them, or to use some tape as a stencil guide.
To remove the dry skin from your lips, soak a small piece of paper towel in some milk and apply it on your lips. Remove after it dries and voila.
For a very natural smokey eye look, you can draw three lines using a brown eye pencil on your eyes. One on the crease, one in the outer corner and one on your lash line. Then, you smudge it out with a fluffy makeup brush and voila.
