You can make your self look really old by using non-toxic PVA glue. You simply apply it to your skin and let it wrinkle. You can even apply some baby powder on your hair, brows, and eyelashes to make it look like you have grey hair.
If you want to make yourself cry and don't feel like it, you can look at a light source and not blink. Immediately, your eyes will start to tear up because they'll want to clean themselves.
When you fight with someone, you can start further apart and whatever movements the person makes, act as if they touched you/punched you and pull back.
