Today I show you some things that we think we do right but are actually wrong and I also show you how to correct them using these tricks.
I show you the correct way to wash your hands using paint – this way you'll get an idea of where you should paint more attention to when washing your hands – from the demonstration, you can see that we tend to forget the tips and thumbs.
I also show you the correct way to remove your gloves and your mask without touching the surface to avoid germs.
When sneezing, don't put your hand at the front of your face but your elbow.
Also, when putting soap on your hands, don't press the pump with your hands but with your forearm. The same applies to when you open the tap – push it upwards with your forearm too.
Always use a napkin to open your door and the door handle.
To get rid of a toothache until you visit the dentist, mix some cloves with some olive oil, apply a cotton pad on the affected area and voila.
