Today, I show you some cool ways to exercise without leaving your home. Think of it as a multi-tasking session where you get to clean your house and tone your muscles.
Add two cleaning cloths on the floor, step on them, and do a set of mountain climbers. - It will strengthen your entire body.
While reading a book, you can try doing planks for 30 - 60 seconds to strengthen your core.
When putting toys and other stuff away, you can try the hip flexion and extension to exercise your back, abs, and your legs.
Try the sitting plank while brushing your teeth for a full-body strength.
I also show you a fun workout using toilet paper you'll love trying.
To tone your glutes, try the classic squats while wiping the dishes.
