This is a quick and easy DIY based on the "diamond cappuccino" served by Coffee By Di Bella in Mumbai. The viral drink has actually exposed by Simplynailogical to contain plastic, non-digestible craft glitter (video here: https://youtu.be/J3n_RspaavA). There is no such thing as edible holo glitter since the rainbow effect is impossible to recreate on sugar or other food-based ingredients. So I thought the best way to enjoy the aesthetics of a diamond cappuccino is to make a fake one entirely! This works best with air-dry paper clay since the surface dissolves with water and you can create a very realistic milk-foam texture.

I made a miniature version using dollhouse teacups, but you can just as easily make a life size one using a normal coffee cup! You'll need more clay, but larger pieces are easier to sculpt. The finished piece would look great as a paperweight or room decor. Since the clay is packed firmly inside the cup, it may actually take weeks to dry completely. So be sure not to squash or press it too hard.

AWFUL CLAY BRANDS: Fimo Air Light, Efaplast Light (both are impossible to work with and completely different in texture to Hearty Soft or other silky paper clays)
